We are currently undergoing a significant recruitment drive for Police Constables, we currently have 5 entry pathways available, with a starting salary of c.£34,000. The pathways are as follows:

• Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Scheme.
• Degree Holder Entry Programme.
• Initial Police Learning Development Programme.
• Detective Degree Holder Entry Programme
• Met Officer Gateway Programme

On the agenda we will discuss career pathways, recruitment process, benefits and support etc., followed by a Q&A.
