Annual wage – £27,352.00. Marlborough Highways pays all apprentices the National Living wage, which exceeds the National Minimum Wage for apprentices. Please note: this salary reflects the April increase in Living Wage

Working week – Shifts TBC. Total hours per week: 40

Expected duration – 18 Months

Apprenticeship level – Intermediate Level 2 (GCSE)
What you will do in your working day
· Installation and setup of temporary traffic lights and apparatus.
· Completion of relevant paperwork
· To fully comply with all company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures
· To understand and demonstrate the Marlborough Highways way of working, ensuring that the processes are complied with.
· To understand the principles of traffic management within the civil engineering and highways sector.
· To always represent the business in a professional manner.
The training you will be getting
* Level 2 Apprenticeship – Lead Traffic Management Operative
* Functional Skills if required.
* Garman Road (Tottenham) depot and various worksites in and around London boroughs
* Block release training days
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Apprentices will be permanent employees at Marlborough Highways.
