The Belling Educational Foundation was set up in 1973 with funds left by Charles Reginald Belling, a famous Enfield engineer. Mr Belling wanted to promote education in Enfield, particularly in electronic engineering and electronics. This grant enables individuals to access educational facilities such as training or specialist equipment. Grants are awarded to individuals who live, work or study in Enfield. The Belling Educational Foundation is administered by Enfield Council with the Trustees being Enfield Councillors.
